公主岭市区域建设用地集约利用评价

摘　　要：城市建设用地节约集约利用评价是《国土资源调查评价“十三五”规划》确定的重点工作,本文以吉林省公主岭市为研究对象,对吉林省公主岭市区域建设用地集约利用水平进行评价。结果表明,公主岭市的建设用地利用强度较高,集约用地水平较之前有所提高,公主岭市建设用地集约利用动态变化趋势较好,2017年公主岭市人口和经济增长与建设用地规模的增长关系表现良好,建设用地与经济生产的利用效率仍有待提高。本次评价为吉林省公主岭市未来的土地规划、动态监控管理以及建立公主岭土地节约集约利用长期有效的考核机制提供依据。The evaluation of economical and intensive use of urban construction land is the key work determined in the"13th Five-Year Plan"of Land and Resources Survey and Evaluation.This paper takes Gongzhuling City of Jilin Province as the research object to evaluate the level of regional intensive use of construction land in Gongzhuling City of Jilin Province.Results show that the gongzhuling city construction land use of high strength,intensive land use level has improved than before,gongzhuling city intensive construction land use dynamic change trend,gongzhuling city population and economic growth in 2017 good relationship with the growth of the scale of construction land,construction land and economic production efficiency remains to be improved.This evaluation provides a basis for the future land planning,dynamic monitoring and management and the establishment of a long-term effective evaluation mechanism for the economical and intensive use of land in Gongzhuling City,Jilin Province.
