摘 要:陶瓷作为在公共场合被广泛使用的一类产品,其釉面的防污性和易清洁性对公共卫生有着重要的影响。通过研究不同ZrSiO_(4)添加量(10 wt.%-40 wt.%)和烧结温度(1150℃-1210℃)对釉面显微结构、白度、光泽度和防污性能的影响,并采用有限元法分析釉面显微结构对污渍液滴的铺展以及水流冲洗情况的影响。结果表明,与其他含量相比,当ZrSiO_(4)添加量为40 wt.%时,不同温度下样品的光泽度和白度分别呈现最低和最高,但都具有良好的防污性。这归功于其表面的微乳突结构,该结构不仅对污渍液滴的铺展起到抑制作用,而且相对于微凹槽结构有更好的易清洁性。因此,通过在无光釉表面构建乳突结构,不仅能提高其无光性,而且可提高釉面的防污和易清洁性。As ceramics are widely used in public places,the antifouling and cleaning performance of their glazes have an important impact on public hygiene.The effects of ZrSiO_(4)dosage(10 wt.%-40 wt.%)and sintering temperature(1150℃-1210℃)on microstructure,whiteness,gloss and antifouling properties of the glazes were studied.Finite element method was used to analyze the effects of microstructure of the glaze on the spread of the pollutant droplets and water washing.It was found that the samples with 40 wt.%ZrSiO_(4)had the lowest gloss and the highest whiteness,at given temperatures,but they all had excellent antifouling properties,due to the micropapillary structure on their surface.Samples with such a structure not only inhibited high spread of pollutant droplets,but also had stronger clean ability,as compared with those having micro groove structure.Therefore,by constructing micropapillary structure on the surface of the matt glaze,both the matt performance and antifouling/cleaning performance could be enhanced.
