摘　　要：目的了解年轻男男性行为者(YMSM)拥有固定性伴现状,分析关联因素。方法2016年9月至2019年9月用"滚雪球"抽样法,对绵阳市YMSM进行固定性伴相关问题问卷调查。结果共调查351人,近6个月发生肛交的250人中72.8%有固定性伴,每次使用安全套69.2%。多因素分析发现,与异性结婚打算无/不确定,无风险认识,近1周肛交次数≥2,近6个月无偶遇性伴、无保护口交者中拥有固定性伴的概率高;首次同性性行为非自愿、自我评价因子得分越高者中拥有固定性伴的概率低(P均<0.05)。结论YMSM固定性伴较普遍,固定性伴与自我评价、风险意识和性行为等相关联,对艾滋病防治具双重影响,应针对性开展行为干预。Objective To understand the status and related factors of fixed sexual partners in young men who have sex with men(YMSM).Methods From September 2016 to September 2019,a questionnaire survey was carried out among Mianyang YMSM by snowball sampling method.Results A total of 351 people were surveyed.Of 250 people with anal sex in the last six months,72.8%had fixed partners,69.2%reported always using condoms during sex.The multifactor analysis found that no/uncertain intention to marry,no risk awareness,the number of anal sex in the past week≥2,no chance of encountering a sexual partner in the past 6 months,having a history of unprotected oral sex were factors associated with having a fixed partner.People with a history of forced first-time same-sex sexual behavior and having high scores in self-evaluation tended not to have a fixed partner(all P<0.05).Conclusion It was common for YMSM to have a fixed sex partner.Having a fixed sex partner was associated with self-evaluation,risk awareness,and sexual behavior.These factors also influence AIDS prevention and treatment,indicating targeted intervention should be carried out.
