摘 要:临河建筑因靠近河流,场地渗透系数较大、地下水水位埋藏浅,场地内地下水流场受河水位变化影响大,故确定合理的抗浮设防水位具有十分重要的意义。地下水数值模拟法具有较高的仿真度,已发展成为解决地下水各种问题的主要方法。采用数值模拟法对临河建筑抗浮设防水位进行计算,能有效模拟各类水文条件下临河建筑场地内的地下水流场的变化情况,从而确定科学合理的抗浮设防水位。以成都金马河临河一大型商住楼为研究区域,基于数值模拟法,将金马河作为计算区的西部边界,同时将北、东、南边界作为不因研究区周围水位升降而产生明显水位变化的流量边界建立水文地质概念模型,并结合勘察期间取得的研究区相关参数及基础水文地质资料相关数据进行模型识别和模拟计算,研究结果可知:该计算模型能较好的反应研究区的地下水渗流情况,当遇到100 a一遇洪水(P=1%)3号闸泄洪时,金马河水位迅速上涨,计算出的研究区地下水位位于512.1~512.7 m之间,结合1 m保险系数,最终建议抗浮设防水位取513.7 m,与原勘察报告中的516.0 m设计值对比降低了标高,减少了项目的抗浮投资,在工程投资的经济性和临河建筑的安全性之间实现了较好的平衡点。Because the buildings near the river are close to the river,the permeability coefficient of the site is large,the groundwater level is shallow,and the underground flow field in the site is greatly affected by the change of the river level,so it is of great significance to determine the reasonable anti-floating fortifications water level.Groundwater numerical simulation method has become the main method to solve various groundwater problems because of its high degree of simulation.The numerical simulation method is used to calculate the anti-floating fortification water level of the buildings near the river,which can effectively simulate the change of the underground water flow field in the construction site under various hydrological conditions,so as to determine the scientific and reasonable anti-floating fortification water level.Taking a large commercial and residential building in Lin river of Jinma River in Chengdu as the study area,a hydrogeological conceptual model is established based on the numerical simulation method,taking Jinma River as the western boundary of the calculation area,and taking the north,east and south boundaries as discharge boundaries that do not produce significant water level changes due to the rise and fall of water level around the study area.Combined with the relevant parameters and basic hydrogeological data of the study area obtained during the investigation,model identification and simulation calculation are carried out.The results show that:The calculation model can better reflect the groundwater seepage situation in the study area.When the flood occurs once in 100 years(P=1%) and the discharge from the no.3 gate,the water level of Jinma River rises rapidly.The calculated groundwater level in the study area is between 512.1 m and 512.7 m.Compared with the design value of 516.0 m in the original survey report,the elevation is reduced,the anti-floating investment of the project is reduced,and a good balance between the economy of the project investment and the safety of the buil
