摘  要:中间相沥青炭纤维具有高导热、高模量的优势,既可作为增强体承担载荷,又可作为热传导的载体疏导热量,是一种结构功能一体化的高性能纤维材料。中间相沥青炭纤维增强金属基复合材料与常规炭纤维增强金属基复合材料相比,在保持高比强度、高比模量、低热膨胀系数、耐磨性好等性能特点的同时,还兼具高导热特性,已广泛应用于航空航天及尖端工业等领域。本文综述了中间相沥青炭纤维增强金属基复合材料的组成、预制体结构设计、界面改性方法、制备工艺、材料性能及其应用,并展望了其未来的发展方向。The mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber is a novel material with high thermal conductivity and high modulus. The mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber is a structural and functional high-performance fiber, which is used as a reinforcement and a heat carrier. In comparison with the conventional carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix composites, the mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix composites exhibit not only specific strength, high specific modulus, low thermal expansion coefficient and good wear resistance, but also high thermal conductivity, which make them widely be used in aerospace, military defense, highend manufacturing and other fields. In this paper, the composition, prefabrication design, interface modification, preparation technology, material properties and application of the mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix composites are reviewed,and the future trends are discussed.
