摘　　要：为了满足煤系针状焦回转窑煅烧工艺的加热制度,开发了一种新型煅烧可调焰燃烧器及供热系统,经应用验证,本系统具有空燃比自动调节、火焰长度及轮廓可调、自动点火、熄火报警、燃烧充分、节能环保等特点。The heating system performance is the crucial factor for calcining process of coal based needle coke production. This paper proposes a novel heating system with adjusting-flame burner of rotary kiln utilized in calcining process of coal based needle coke production. It is proved by industrial test that this system possesses the following features: automatic adjusting air-flue ratio, autoignition, adjusting flame length and profile, flame-out alarm, full burning, saving energy and protecting environment.
