摘　　要：目的对2019年中山市噪声作业工人的听力损失情况进行分析,掌握重点防控人群,为制定噪声防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集2019年中山市噪声作业工人的职业健康检查数据,运用SPSS 26.0软件对性别、年龄、接害工龄等维度进行统计学分析。结果接触职业性噪声的男性多于女性,听力损失率男性为9.14%,女性为1.69%,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);<50岁各年龄组听力损失率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,接害工龄<30 a的听力损失率随接害工龄增长呈上升趋势,微型企业听力损失率最高为17.12%,金属制品业和家具制造业听力损失率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论政府及相关监管部门应重点关注微型企业、制造业的噪声作业工人,对重点企业、人群进行专项调查,风险评估与专项治理。Objective Objective To analyze the hearing loss of workers exposed to noise in Zhongshan in 2019,to master the key prevention and control groups, and to provide scientific evidencefor formulating noise control measures. Methods The occupational health examination data of noise-exposed workers in Zhongshan in 2019 were collected and analysed bygender, age and length of service using SPSS 26.0 software. Results More men were exposed to occupational noisethan women, the rate of hearing loss in men was also higher(9.14%)than that(1.69%) in women, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The hearing loss rate of all age groups under 50 years old showed an upward trend with the increase of age, and the hearing loss rate of the exposed workers with less than 30 years of servicelength showed an upward trend.The highest hearing loss rate was found in themicro enterprises(17.12%),then was in metal products industry and furniture manufacturing industry(P<0.05). Conclusions The government and relevant regulatory departments should focus on the noise exposed workers in micro enterprises and manufacturing industries, carry out special investigation, risk assessment and special treatment on key enterprises and people.
