摘 要:磁阻辅助式绕线转子是针对单一磁阻式转子或绕线转子无刷双馈电机高次谐波含量大和效率偏低等问题所提出的一种新型转子结构,其改善了气隙磁场,并使定转子之间的耦合能力有所提升。对磁阻辅助式绕线转子的结构进行了优化设计,分别研究不同隔磁层数、导磁层与隔磁层宽度比值以及极弧系数对无刷双馈电机磁场调制效果的影响,使用有限元软件对电机的性能进行了仿真分析,最后通过样机实验进一步验证转子优化设计的正确性。The reluctance-assisted wound rotor is a new rotor structure proposed to solve the problems of large content high-order harmonic and low efficiency of brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM)with single reluctance rotor or wound rotor,which improves the air-gap magnetic field and promotes the coupling ability between stator and rotor.In this paper,its structure is optimized and designed,the influences of the numbers of magnetic isolation layer,the width ratio of permeability layer to magnetic isolation layer and the polar arc coefficient on the magnetic field modulation of BDFM are researched separately,and the performance of motor is simulated and analyzed by finite-element software.Finally,the validity of optimization design of the rotor is further proved through prototype experiment.
