摘　　要：为保证机组长期稳定运行,我公司设计制造的大中型水轮发电机组,定子铁心及其绕组绝缘耐热等级为F级,这就对所选用的绝缘材料的各项性能指标提出了较高的要求。以前我公司的定子通风槽板绝缘漆为单组份氧化干燥型醇酸涂料,且稀释剂主要成分含有甲苯。这种类型的绝缘漆室温固化后,有少量稀释剂残留在涂层中,对周围环境不好。因此,需要对定子通风槽板绝缘涂层材料进行改进。通过对比试验选择开发高耐热性、强附着力、低毒环保的绝缘漆,同时,结合漆膜喷涂工艺和涂覆效果,适当调整配方,改善涂层质量和提高作业效率。In order to ensure long-term stable operation of the large-and medium-sized hydrogenerator units designed and manufactured by our company,the insulation endurance class of stator core and windings should be class F,which has the higher requirements on various property indexes of the selected insulation materials.At present,the insulation varnish on the stator ventilating duct plates used in our company is an oxidation drying type of single-component alkyd paint,and the main component of its diluter contains toluene.After this kind of insulation varnish is cured at room temperature,a small amount of diluter will remain in the paint coating,which is not environmental.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the material of insulation varnish for stator ventilating duct plats.In this paper,a new insulation varnish with high heat resistance,strong adhesion,low toxicity and environmental protection is selected and developed through the comparison test.At the same time,the formula of the insulation varnish is properly adjusted by combining the painting process with the painting effect of the paint film,which improve the quality of paint coating and enhance the efficiency of working.
