健康支持性环境对城乡居民规律性体力活动的影响——基于社会生态学的视角

摘　　要：利用CGSS2010调查数据,比较我国城乡居民的规律性体力活动参与和环境健康支持性感知的异同,运用二元Logistic回归方法,识别对城市与乡村居民规律性体力活动有显著促进或制约作用的自然环境和建成环境因素。研究发现,空气污染和社区的体育锻炼适宜性影响城市居民的规律性体力活动参与,水污染、噪声污染和社区的体育锻炼适宜性、设施丰富性影响乡村居民的规律性体力活动参与,据此提出相应城市与乡村环境改善建议。Using the survey data from CGSS 2010,this paper compares the similarities and differences of regular physical activity participation and environmental health-supportive perception between urban and rural residents in China.And through Binary Logistic Regression Method,it identifies the natural environmental factors and built environmental factors that significantly promote or restrict physical activity of urban and rural residents.The study found that air pollution and community physical exercise suitability affect urban residents’physical activity participation.Water pollution,noise pollution,community physical exercise suitability,and facility richness affect rural residents’physical activity participation.Accordingly,the author puts forward corresponding environmental improvement measures.
