摘　　要：目的:调查云南摩梭人、彝族、汉族中年女性心身症状的特征,初步探索是否存在文化差异性。方法:在云南省宁蒗县永宁乡选取40~60岁的摩梭女性84人、彝族女性65人、汉族女性59人。用一般情况调查表收集被试的基本人口学信息和文化习俗,用更年期评定量表(MRS)调查被试心身症状特征。结果:方差分析显示,摩梭女性的MRS总分(8±7)低于彝族(12±8)和汉族女性(11±8);事后检验显示,摩梭家庭地位高于彝族女性(MD=0.84,P=0.010);非参数检验显示,三者在宗教信仰、受教育程度、婚姻状况等方面存在差异(F/χ^(2)=102.68,10.99,106.85,均P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示,永宁摩梭、彝族和汉族中年女性虽然生活在同一地区,心身症状表现及文化习俗仍存在差异性。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of psychosomatic symptoms among middle-aged Mosuo,Yi and Han women in Yunnan,and preliminarily to explore whether there are cultural differences among them.Methods:Totally 84 Mosuo women,65 Yi women and 59 Han women aged 40-60 years were recruited from Yongning Township,Ninglang County,Yunnan Province.The basic information and cultural customs were assessed with a self-designed social demographic questionnaire and the psychosomatic symptoms of the subjects were investigated with the Menopause Rating Scale(MRS).Results:One-way ANOVA showed that the total MRS scores were significantly lower in Mosuo women(8±7)than in Yi(12±8)and Han(11±8)women.Post-hoc test proved that the family status of Mosuo women was significantly higher than that of Yi women(MD=0.84,P<0.05).Non-parametric test indicated that there were differences in religious belief,education level and marital status among the three groups(F/χ^(2)=102.68,10.99,106.85,P<0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that the middle-aged women in Yongning Mosuo,Yi and Han,although living in the same place,show different psychosomatic symptoms and cultural custom.
