摘 要:由于超声波流量计具有准确度高、稳定性好、压损小、量程比宽、无可动部件、故障率低等特点,因而广泛应用于国内天然气计量领域。在实际应用过程中,探头工作状态、气质情况、噪声、压力等都会对超声波流量计精度产生影响,甚至造成计量误差,而不同的故障类型,将有不同表现形式。针对超声波流量计在天然气长输管道计量中的影响因素,根据超声波流量计工作原理,结合现场实际,分析不同故障的表现形式,确定故障类型,排查故障原因,并提出管控方案,进而降低计量误差,实现公平计量。Because of its high accuracy,good stability,small pressure loss,wide range ratio,no movable parts and low failure rate,ultrasonic flow meter is widely used in domestic natural gas measurement field.In the process of practical application,the working state,temperament,noise,pressure of the probe will affect the accuracy of the ultrasonic flow meter,and even cause measurement error.Different fault types will have different forms.Aiming at the influencing factors of ultrasonic flow meter in the measurement of natural gas long-distance pipeline,according to the working principle of ultrasonic flow meter,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the manifestations of different faults,determines the types of faults,investigates the causes of faults,and puts forward the control scheme,so as to reduce the measurement error and realize fair measurement.
