摘　　要：JTAG协议作为芯片测试标准,用于开发阶段对嵌入式系统进行仿真调试,可验证PCBA功能的接口,同时也作为软件下装升级的接口。因其串行通信的特点,支持菊花链串联的拓展方式,可以轻松地将芯片以菊花链的形式串联起来进行软件下装。在某安全级系统软件下装生产工作中,尝试将芯片以菊花链的方式连接,并开发批量下装软件,实现模块软件下装、升级的批量化操作,大幅提升软件下装工作的效率。以复杂程度较高的安全级DCS系统为例,通过JTAG链式配置下装硬件与软件,提升了软件模块的下装效率与准确性,保证质量的同时还减少了人因失误,对同类产品有借鉴参考意义。JTAG protocol,as a chip test standard,was originally used to simulate and debug the embedded system in the development stage to verify the PCBA function.At the same time,it can also be used as the interface for software download and upgrade.Because of its serial communication characteristics,it supports the expansion of daisy chain series connection,and the chips can be easily connected in series in the form of daisy chain for software download.In the software download production of a security level system,try to connect the chips in the way of daisy chain,and develop batch download software to realize the batch operation of module software download and upgrade,and greatly improve the efficiency of software download.It demonstrates that taking the safety level DCS system with high complexity as an example,through JTAG chain configuration of lower hardware and software,the lower installation efficiency and accuracy of software modules are improved,the quality is guaranteed,and human errors are reduced.It has reference significance for similar products.
