摘  要:本公司无人值守汽车衡管理系统实施后,副产品计量及销售由全手工完成变为全程无人值守自动完成。无人值守汽车衡管理系统目标是建立完整统一的副产品生产销售数据库,全程无人值守属于华润首创。在使用功能无损失情况下,在整个厂区范围内实现资源共享,提高粉煤灰、炉渣车辆,从排队、入厂、装车、计量、出厂、结算、统计分析等环节的自动化率,降低各环节的人为干预风险,提升内控管理水平及运营效率,同时也为后续智能电厂的发展奠定了坚实的基础。After the implementation of the company’s unattended truck scale management system,the measurement and sales of by-products have changed from full manual to full unattended automatic.The goal of the unattended truck scale management system is to establish a complete and unified database for the production and sales of by-products.The whole unattended process is the initiative of China Resources.Under the condition of no loss of use function,realize resource sharing in the whole plant area,improve the automation rate of fly ash and slag vehicles from queuing,entering the plant,loading,metering,leaving the factory,settlement,statistical analysis and other links,reduce the risk of human intervention in each link and improve the level of internal control management.It not only improves the operation efficiency,but also lays a solid foundation for the development of subsequent intelligent power plants.
