摘　　要：为提升重大传染性疾病监测的时效性以及监测效率,设计了重大传染性疾病监测的健康医疗智慧管理平台。管理层是平台的核心层,通过时空扫描统计量的聚集性探测方法完成重大传染疾病的实时监测,结合数据层的历史疾病监测数据和病史数据,展开分析并实行重大传染疾病的应急预案管理,将监测结果和应急预案管理结果传送至交互层展示给用户。实验分析表明:该平台的监测时效性较好,监测误差较低,应用价值较高。In order to improve the timeliness and efficiency of major infectious disease monitoring,a health care intelligent management platform for major infectious disease monitoring is designed.The management layer is the core layer of the platform,which completes the real-time monitoring of major infectious diseases through the aggregation detection method of spatiotemporal scanning statistics.Combined with the historical disease monitoring data and medical history data of the data layer,it carries out the analysis and emergency plan management of major infectious diseases,and transmits the monitoring results and emergency plan management results to the interaction layer for display to users.Experiment analysis shows that the platform has good monitoring timeliness,low monitoring error and high application value.
