摘　　要：本文针对某造纸企业引进的1台复卷机存在压纸辊跳动故障,通过对压纸辊受力分析,设备液压传动控制系统的优化,提出具体解决措施,循序渐进消除压纸辊跳动故障,从而提高设备生产效率和产品质量。Based on the platen jump fault of the rewinder introduced by a papermaking enterprise,through the force analysis of the platen and optimization of the hydraulic drive control system of the equipments,in order to improve the production efficiency of equipments and product quality,specific solutions were proposed to eliminate the jump fault of the platen step by step in this study.
