摘 要:综述了我国再生纤维造纸的近况,分析了“固体废弃物零进口”政策对我国造纸纤维原料供给造成的挑战与机遇,提出国产废纸及进口再生纤维浆板仍将是我国造纸原料的重要组成部分,对于保障我国造纸工业纤维原料的有效供给具有重要意义。在此基础上,综述了再生纤维高质量循环利用在纸张强度性能衰变抑制、脱墨、漂白及胶黏物控制等方面所面临的技术难题,并重点介绍了近年来关于再生纤维应用基础理论方面的科学研究成果及针对上述技术难题的创新解决方案。This study summarized the current situation of waste paper in papermaking industry,analyzed the impact and challenge of the“Zero Import”policy of solid waste on the supply chain of papermaking raw materials in China.It was proposed that domestic waste paper and imported recycled fiber pulp board will still be an important proportion of China's papermaking raw materials in the future,which is of great significance to ensure the effective supply of fiber raw materials for China's paper industry.On this basis,the technical problems emerged during the high-quality recycling of waste paper fibers in terms of restraining strength performance decay,deinking,bleaching,and stickies control were reviewed,and the scientific research pertaining to the basic theory of waste paper fiber application and innovative solutions to the abovementioned technical problems in recent years were accentuated.
