摘　　要：洗浆机是提升浆料品质和实现节能降耗的关键设备,本文通过介绍辊式洗浆机的结构和工作原理,分析了其故障原因,并结合维修经验,阐述了辊式洗浆机技术改造成果。The pulp washing machine was the key equipment to improve the pulp quality and realize energy saving and consumption reduction. The structure and working principle of the roller pulp washing machine were introduced in this paper,and the reasons for the failure were analyzed. Combining the maintenance experience,the technical transformation results of the roller pulp washing machine were described.
