摘　　要：生物、医药和医疗器械是我国重点发展的战略性新兴产业之一。本文利用描述性统计、合作网络分析法和熵权法,基于2018—2020年我国东部地区生物、医药和医疗器械领域技术交易数据进行交易态势、交易网络和交易水平分析,从技术流动视角深入洞察我国东部地区在该领域的交易现状,得出东部地区存在发展差距显著、发展稳定性较差和技术交易水平有待提高的问题,并基于以上问题提出三条建议:(1)完善合作交流机制,提升技术创新能力;(2)强化政府引导作用,保障技术创新需求;(3)对接国家战略需求,推动关键核心技术创新。Biology,medicine and medical device industry is one of the key emerging strategic industries in China.Based on the 2018-2020 technical transaction data in the fields of biology,medicine and medical device,this paper uses descriptive statistics,cooperative network analysis and entropy method to analyze the transaction situation,transaction network and transaction level.From the perspective of technology flow,the paper analyzes the current situation of trade in this field in eastern China.It’s found that there are some problems such as large regional development gap,poor development stability and low technology trading level in this field.Based on the above issues,three suggestions are made:(1)Improving cooperation and exchange mechanisms,enhancing technological innovation capabilities;(2)Strengthening the guiding role of the government to ensure technological innovation needs;(3)Connecting with national strategies and promoting key core technological innovation.
