摘　　要：2016年12月16日,国家档案局印发了《建设项目档案监督指导工作指南》的通知(档发[2016]15号)。《建设项目档案监督指导工作指南》,对我国档案主管部门及有关单位有效地开展建设项目档案的监督指导工作,明确工作重点、工作方式,建立科学的工作机制,实现依法有序的组织管理和监督指导,提供了切实的制度规范。本文对该规范性文件的主要内容进行了系统介绍和评述,说明了其主要特点和实践价值,并对完善该文件提出了相应的建议。On December 16,2016,the State Archives Administration issued the Notice of the Guidelines for Archives Supervision and Guidance of Construction Projects(Document No.15,2016).The construction project archives supervision and guidance work guide,to our country archives departments and relevant units effectively carry out the construction project archives supervision and guidance work,clear the work focus,work mode,establish a scientific working mechanism,realize the orderly organization,management and supervision and guidance in accordance with the law,provides a practical system specification.This paper systematically introduces and evaluates the main contents of the normative document,explains its main characteristics and practical value,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the document.
