摘 要:传统的交通违章协同管理模式存在证据合规性低、证据防篡改性差和上载数据量大的缺点.为了解决这些问题,提出了一种基于区块链的新型交通违章协同管理模式,该模式合理利用区块链技术的去中心化、全局共识、防篡改等特性,通过原始证据的违规要素和交规模板要素的交易级预匹配实现证据合规性自动化检查,只将有匹配违规要素的原始证据影像上载给管理节点供裁决,避免人为因素干扰,减少客户端上载数据量大,克服了传统模式的缺点和不足.The traditional collaborative management mode of traffic violation has the disadvantages of low evidence compliance,poor tamper resistance and large amount of uploaded data.In order to solve these problems,the paper proposes a blockchain-based collaborative management mode of traffic violation,which makes reasonable use of the features of blockchain technology such as decentralization,global consensus,and tamper resistance.The method realizes the automatic inspection of evidence compliance through the transaction-level pre-matching of primary evidence of violation elements and traffic rule template elements,and only uploads original evidence images of matched violation elements to the management node for adjudication,avoiding human interference,reducing the amount of data uploaded by the client,and overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional mode.
