摘 要:对苏州某医院近5年人员流失情况进行对比分析,发现护理人员流失率明显高于其他岗位人员。经统计,流失护理人员主要为大专学历、30周岁以下、初级职称,且不具有事业编制。通过对护理人员流失原因和去向进行深入调查分析,提出相应改进对策和建议,为卫生行政部门及基层医院制定相关政策提供依据,从而有效缓减护理人员进一步流失,提高护理团队稳定性,保证医院整体医疗服务质量,不断提高医院核心竞争力和患者满意度。A comparative analysis of the staff turnover of a hospital in Suzhou in the past five years revealed that the turnover rate of nursing staff was significantly higher than that of staff in other positions.According to statistics,the lost nursing staff are mainly college graduates,under 30 years old,junior professional titles,and do not have a career establishment.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the causes and whereabouts of nursing staff,corresponding improvement countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide a basis for the health administration department and primary hospitals to formulate relevant policies,so as to effectively slow down the further loss of nursing staff,improve the stability of the nursing team,and ensure the hospital overall quality of medical services,which has continuously improved the hospital’s core competitiveness and patient satisfaction.
