“6A”护理管理模式在综合性医院体检中心的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨基于“6A”护理管理模式在综合性医院体检中心的应用效果。方法将2020年4月—2021年4月在该院体检中心的体检者3000名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组各1500名。对照组采取常规的体检护理模式,研究组在常规体检护理模式基础上进行“6A”护理管理模式。记录两组体检者体检质量(体检时间、体检效率及体检可信度)和护理质量(主动服务、交流沟通、服务礼仪及健康宣教)评分。比较两组体检者对体检质量和护理质量的满意度。结果研究组体检时间(52.83±10.52)min明显低于对照组(63.36±20.74)min,差异有统计学意义(t=13.569,P<0.001),对体检质量(体检效率及体检可信度)和护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组对体检质量和护理质量的总体满意度91.00%明显高于对照组74.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=271.031,P<0.001)。结论“6A”护理管理的应用能不断持续改进、完善体检过程中的护理环节,优化护理管理模式,缩短体检时间,提高体检质量和护理质量的满意度。适宜于综合性医疗单位范围内的应用与推广。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing management model based on"6A"in general hospital physical examination center.Methods 3000 medical examiners in the medical examination center of the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 1500 cases each.The control group adopted the routine physical examination and nursing model,and the study group carried out the"6A"nursing management model on the basis of the routine physical examination and nursing mode.The scores of physical examination quality(examination time,examination efficiency,and examination reliability)and nursing quality(active service,communication,service etiquette,and health education)of the two groups were recorded.The satisfaction of the two groups of medical examiners to the quality of medical examination and nursing quality was compared.Results The physical examination time of the study group(52.83±10.52)min was significantly lower than that of the control group(63.36±20.74)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.569,P<0.001),which was important for the quality of the physical examination(physical examination efficiency and reliability)scores of medical examination and nursing quality were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall satisfaction with the quality of physical examination and nursing was 91.00%in the study group significantly higher than the control group 74.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=271.031,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of"6A"nursing management can continuously improve and perfect the nursing links in the physical examination process,optimize the nursing management model,shorten the physical examination time,and improve the quality of physical examination and the satisfaction of nursing quality.It is suitable for application and promotion within the scope of comprehensive medical un
