摘  要:为推动各地建筑业低碳高质量发展,力争早日达到国家碳中和总体目标,对2009~2018年中国省域建筑业碳排放强度进行测算,在刻画中国建筑业碳排放强度空间关联性的基础上合理选用空间杜宾模型考察其分布特征及空间效应。研究表明中国建筑业碳排放强度存在显著的空间集聚特征,部分影响因素除了影响本地建筑业碳排放强度外,还会对邻近地区建筑业碳排放强度产生推动作用。据此,提出加强区域间建筑业碳减排协同治理及资源共享,加大低碳节能技术投入,促进周围高新技术和绿色产业的发展,实现建筑业碳减排与促就业的双重红利。In order to promote the low-carbon and high-quality development of the construction industry in various regions of China,and strive to reach the overall national carbon neutral goal as soon as possible,this research calculates the carbon emission intensity of China’s provincial construction industry from 2009 to 2018.On the basis of characterizing the spatial correlation of carbon emission intensity of China’s construction industry,the spatial Durbin model is reasonably selected to investigate its distribution characteristics and spatial effects.The results show that the carbon emission intensity of China’s construction industry has significant spatial agglomeration characteristics.In addition to affecting the carbon emission intensity of the local construction industry,some influencing factors will also promote the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in neighboring areas.To realize the double dividend of carbon emission reduction and employment promotion in the construction industry,this paper advise the government to strengthen coordinated governance and resource sharing of carbon emission reduction in the construction industry among regions,increase investment in low-carbon energy-saving technologies,and promote the development of surrounding high-tech and green industries.
