施工企业对装配式技术接受行为研究——基于UTAUT-IDT整合模型的分析

摘　　要：装配式建筑是建筑业绿色转型的重要举措,政府出台多项政策措施推动装配式建筑的发展,但实践中推广效果不理想,究其原因是建筑企业对装配式建筑接受意愿不高。因此,在对UTAUT和IDT模型整合的基础上,从企业和技术扩散的双重视角构建企业接受意愿及行为的理论模型,利用结构方程模型来探究装配式建筑企业接受意愿与接受行为的影响因素。结果表明,兼容扩展性、社会影响、绩效期望、努力期望均对接受意愿存在正向显著影响;感知成本对接受意愿存在负向影响;接受意愿与促成因素对装配式建筑企业接受行为存在显著的正向影响。并在此研究基础上,对装配式建筑可持续发展提出了相应的建议。Prefabricated building is an important method for the green transformation of the construction industry.Governmentshave issued a number of policies and measures to promote the development of prefabricated buildings,but the promotion effect is notideal in practice.The main reason is that construction enterprises do not have a high willingness to accept the application ofprefabricated building.Therefore,integrating the use of UTAUT and IDT models,this paper constructs a theoretical model analyzingenterprise acceptance intention and behavior from the dual perspectives of enterprise and technology diffusion.Then,structuralequation model is used to explore the factors influencing the acceptance intention and behavior of prefabricated constructionenterprises.The results show that compatibility expansibility,social influence,performance expectation and effort expectation allhave positive and significant effects on Acceptance Intention;Perceived cost has a negative impact on Acceptance Intention;Acceptance Intention and contributing factors have a significant positive impact on the acceptance behavior of prefabricatedconstruction enterprises.On the basis of this study,the suggestions for sustainable development of prefabricated buildings arediscussed.
