金匮肾气丸加减治疗腰痛的作用及对症状积分的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨金匮肾气丸加减治疗腰痛的作用及对症状积分的影响研究。方法随机选取2019年2月—2020年3月该院收治的72例腰痛门诊患者为研究对象,以入院先后时间为准,分为对照组(n=36例)进行常规治疗,观察组(n=36例)进行常规治疗+金匮肾气丸加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后症状积分、腰椎功能评分、治疗前后血清NO、GM-CSF。结果对比对照组的治疗总有效率77.78%,观察组的97.22%显著较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状积分(16.24±2.10)分、(16.28±2.05)分、腰椎功能(12.36±3.54)分、(12.40±3.56)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.082、0.048,P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状、腰椎功能均改善,且与对照组(10.03±1.04)分、(18.03±2.55)分比较,观察组症状积分(7.01±0.86)分更低、腰椎功能评分(21.21±2.48)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=13.427、5.364,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清NO为(76.02±5.14)、(76.11±5.21)μmol/L、GM-CSF为(1.64±0.39)、(1.62±0.36)μmol/L,差异无统计学意义(t=0.074、0.226,P>0.05);治疗后,两组NO、GM-CSF均降低,且与对照组(54.20±4.62)μmol/L、(0.87±0.26)μmol/L比较,观察组(47.21±4.16)μmol/L、(0.49±0.11)μmol/L更低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.746、8.076,P<0.05)。结论对于腰痛患者,给予金匮肾气丸加减治疗,可显著缓解症状,改善腰椎功能,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinkuishenqi Pills on the treatment of low back pain and its influence on the symptom score.Methods 72 outpatients with low back pain treated in the hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the research object.Based on the admission time,they were divided into a control group(n=36 cases)for conventional treatment,and an observation group(n=36 cases)were treated with conventional treatment+Jinkuishenqi pills plus or minus treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,the symptom score,lumbar function score before and after treatment,and serum NO and GM-CSF before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%,significantly higher than 97.22%of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in symptom score(16.24±2.10)points,(16.28±2.05)points,lumbar function(12.36±3.54)points,(12.40±3.56)points(t=0.082,0.048,P>0.05);after treatment,the symptoms and lumbar function of the two groups were improved,and compared with the control group(10.03±1.04)points and(18.03±2.55)points,the symptom score(7.01±0.86)points of the observation group was lower and the lumbar function score(21.21±2.48)points was higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.427,5.364,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum NO(76.02±5.14)μmol/L,(76.11±5.21)μmol/L,GM-CSF(1.64±0.39)μmol/L,(1.62±0.36)μmol/L between the two groups(t=0.074,0.226,P>0.05);after treatment,NO and GM-CSF in the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group(54.20±4.62)μmol/L and(0.87±0.26)μmol/L,the observation group(47.21±4.16)μmol/L and(0.49±0.11)μmol/L were lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.746,8.076,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with low back pain,Jinkui Shenqi Pills can be treated with addition and subtraction,which c
