一次性手动吸引器及电动负压吸引器在早孕人工流产中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究与分析一次性手动吸引器及电动负压吸引器在早孕人工流产中的应用。方法选取该院自2018年4月—2020年4月接受人工流产的早孕妇女(35~60 d)80例,采取随机数字表法分为手动组与电动组,每组40例,手动组使用一次性手动吸引器,电动组使用电动负压吸引器,对比两组围术期指标、宫颈软化松弛率、人工流产综合反应发生率、人工流产不全率、施术过程中的不良反应发生率。结果手动组的手术时间、术后离站时间及术中视觉模拟评分分别为(3.45±1.42)min、(24.25±5.66)min、(2.41±1.33)分,电动组的手术时间、术后离站时间及术中视觉模拟评分分别为(7.69±1.56)min、(45.38±8.21)min、(5.32±1.28)分,手动组与电动组相比手术时间较短、术后离站时间较短、术中视觉模拟疼痛评分较低,组间差异有统计学意义(t=12.712、13.401、9.971,P<0.05)。电动组与手动组的宫颈软化松弛率分别为87.50%、60.00%,电动组与手动组相比宫颈软化松弛率较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.812,P<0.05)。两组施术过程均未出现1例血压异常、心率异常、头晕头痛、面色苍白、出汗等不良反应影响治疗过程,治疗过程较为顺利。结论一次性手动吸引器相比于电动负压吸引器应用于早孕人工流产中可明显缩短疼痛,围术期指标较好,效果显著。Objective To explore and analyze the application of disposable manual suction suction device and electric negative pressure suction device in early pregnancy induced abortion.Methods 80 cases of early pregnancy women(35-60 days)who underwent artificial abortion in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected.A random number table was used to divide into manual group and electric group,each group had 40 cases.The manual group used a disposable manual suction device,and the electric group used an electric negative pressure suction device.The perioperative indicators,the rate of cervical softening and relaxation,the incidence of comprehensive abortion,the rate of incomplete abortion,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative departure time and intraoperative visual simulation score of the manual group were(3.45±1.42)min,(24.25±5.66)min,and(2.41±1.33)points,respectively.The operation time,postoperative departure time and intraoperative visual simulation score of the electric group were(7.69±1.56)min,(45.38±8.21)min,and(5.32±1.28)points,respectively.Compared with the electric group,the manual group had shorter operation time,shorter postoperative departure time,and lower intraoperative visual analog pain score.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=12.712,13.401,9.971,P<0.05).The cervical softening and relaxation rates of the electric group and the manual group were 87.50%and 60.00%,respectively.Compared with the manual group,the cervical softening and relaxation rate was lower in the electric group and the manual group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.812,P<0.05).There was no case of abnormal blood pressure,abnormal heart rate,dizziness,headache,pale complexion,sweating and other adverse reactions affecting the treatment process in both groups.The treatment process was smooth.Conclusion Compared with electric negative pressure suction suction device,dispo
