摘  要:目的研究发育性髋关节异常(DDH)早期诊断中高频超声的应用价值。方法选取2019年10月—2020年8月期间该院6个月内行髋筛高频超声检查的1661例婴幼儿为研究对象,均行高频超声检查,分析Graf诊断分型结果,对比不同月龄组髋关节超声诊断结果。结果1661例受检者(共计3322个髋关节)经高频超声检查后,依据Graf标准分型,检出40例DDH,检出率为2.41%;男性4例(0.51%,4/790),女性36例(4.13%,36/871),男女患儿发病率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.186,P<0.05);共40个髋关节发生DDH,发生率为1.20%,左侧髋关节数为25个(1.50%,25/1661),右侧髋关节数为15个(0.90%,15/1661),左右侧发病率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.530,P>0.05);各组间DDH检出率、髋关节DDH阳性率比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DDH早期诊断中应用高频超声具有较高检出率,可为临床治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To study the application value of high-frequency ultrasound in the early diagnosis of developmental abnormality of the hip(DDH).Methods From October 2019 to August 2020,1661 infants and young children who underwent high-frequency ultrasound examination of the hip screen in the hospital during the period from October 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.Ultrasonic diagnosis result of hip joint in age group.Results 1661 subjects(3322 hip joints in total)were examined by high-frequency ultrasound.According to the Graf standard classification,40 cases of DDH were detected with a detection rate of 2.41%;4 cases were male(0.51%,4/790),36 women(4.13%,36/871),there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of male and female children(χ^(2)=23.186,P<0.05);a total of 40 hip joints developed DDH,the incidence rate was 1.20%,and the number of left hip joints was 25(1.50%,25/1661),the number of right hip joints was 15(0.90%,15/1661),there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of left and right sides(χ^(2)=2.530,P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the DDH detection rate and the positive rate of hip DDH between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of high-frequency ultrasound in the early diagnosis of DDH has a high detection rate,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
