云南白药胶囊配妇康片治疗不规则阴道流血的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究不规则阴道流血患者接受云南白药胶囊配妇康片治疗的临床效果。方法该医院科室将2018年1月—2021年3月接收的120例不规则阴道流血患者纳入临床研究,按双盲法将患者划分为两组,60例接受妇康片治疗患者归为对照组,60例接受云南白药胶囊配妇康片治疗患者为观察组,观察患者阴道流血时间、流血量及持续流血时间差异,评估两组疗效、不良反应差异,观察患者治疗后生活质量改善情况。结果观察组经治疗,患者阴道流血时间(5.93±1.42)d、阴道流血量(30.73±2.49)mL、阴道持续流血时间(8.39±2.63)d,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.022、65.057、10.575,P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者总有效率高达91.67%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05);经治疗,观察组、对照组患者用药后不良反应发生率分别为8.33%、13.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.776,P>0.05);从生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、生理职能、活力、情感职能、总体健康8个方面看,观察组经治疗,患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不规则阴道流血患者接受云南白药胶囊配妇康片治疗,相比于单用妇康片,患者流血时间、持续时间明显更短,疗效更优,不良反应更少,生活质量更高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao capsules and Fukang tablets in patients with irregular vaginal bleeding.Methods The department of the hospital included 120 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding from January 2018 to March 2021 into the clinical study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,and 60 patients treated with Fukang tablets were classified as the control group.60 patients who received Yunnan Baiyao capsules and Fukang tablets were included in the observation group.The differences in vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume,and continuous bleeding time were observed.The differences in curative effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were evaluated,and the improvement in the quality of life of the patients after treatment was observed.Results After treatment in the observation group,the patient′s vaginal bleeding time(5.93±1.42)d,vaginal bleeding volume(30.73±2.49)mL,and vaginal bleeding time(8.39±2.63)d were significantly less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.022,65.057,10.575,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 91.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group and the control group of the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.33%and 13.33%after medication,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.776,P>0.05);from physiological function,physical pain,social function,mental health,physiological function,vitality,in terms of emotional function and overall health,the observation group had higher quality of life scores than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with irregular vaginal bleeding received Yunnan Baiyao capsules and Fukang tablets.Compared with Fukang tablets alone,the bleeding time and duration
