德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2020年5月—2021年5月接收的52例2型糖尿病患者为对象,对所有的患者进行德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗,干预后总结效果。结果重点分析了治疗前后的HOMA-IR、HOMA-β及FINS指标,其中治疗后的HOMA-IR、FINS指标低于治疗前,HOMA-β指标高于治疗前。治疗后优势明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重点分析了治疗前后的TIR与HbA1c水平,治疗后的指标趋于正常,联合治疗的优势明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应情况分析,其不良反应概率是3.8%,不良反应概率低。结论针对2型糖尿病的患者采取德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗,有着较好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the curative effect of dexamethasone combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 52 patients with type 2 diabetes who received from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as subjects.All patients were treated with deglubber and metformin,and the effects were summarized after intervention.Results It mainly analyzed the HOMA-IR,HOMA-βand FINS indexes before and after treatment.The HOMA-IR and FINS indexes after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the HOMA-βindexes were higher than before treatment.The advantages after treatment were obvious and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The focus was on the analysis of TIR and HbA1c levels before and after treatment,and the indicators after treatment tend to be normal.The combined treatment had obvious advantages,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis of the adverse reaction situation showed that the adverse reaction probability was 3.8%,and the adverse reaction probability was low.Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes,the combination of deglubber and metformin has a good therapeutic effect.
