七叶皂苷钠片治疗膝骨关节炎并滑膜炎疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探析七叶皂苷钠片对膝关节骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1—6月该院收治的早期膝关节骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎患者60例,共88只患膝,随机均分为两组。观察组采用口服七叶皂苷钠片联合康复训练治疗,对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察两组治疗前后患膝肿胀和活动范围相关指标。结果治疗后,观察组膝关节周径、膝关节活动度分别为(43.28±3.54)cm和(134.34±1.76)°,与对照组的(47.15±3.76)cm和(130.12±1.82)°对比,差异有统计学意义(t=4.983、11.058,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组静息状态下和步行状态下关节疼痛评分分别为(2.98±0.75)分和(3.52±1.03)分,与对照组的(4.67±1.00)分和(5.01±1.12)分对比,差异有统计学意义(t=8.995、6.500,P<0.05);对照组无相关不良反应发生,观察组治疗过程中只有13.3%出现了轻微反应,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.218,P>0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠片用于膝关节骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎患者,可有效消除患膝肿胀,缓解患膝关节活动受限情况和疼痛,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium aescinate tablets on knee osteoarthritis with synovitis.Methods A total of 60 cases of early knee osteoarthritis with synovitis were selected from January to June 2020 in the hospital,and a total of 88 knees were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with oral aescinate sodium tablets combined with rehabilitation training,and the control group was treated with rehabilitation training.Observe the related indexes of knee swelling and range of motion before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group’s knee joint circumference and knee joint range of motion were(43.28±3.54)cm and(134.34±1.76)°,respectively,compared with(47.15±3.76)cm and(130.12±1.82)°in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.983,11.058,P<0.05);after treatment,the joint pain scores in the resting state and walking state of the observation group were(2.98±0.75)points and(3.52±1.03)points,respectively,compared with(4.67±1.00)points and(5.01±1.12)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.995,6.500,P<0.05);no related adverse reactions occurred in the control group,only 13.3%of the observation group had minor reactions during the treatment process,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.218,P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium aescinate tablets for knee osteoarthritis patients with synovitis can effectively eliminate knee swelling,alleviate restricted knee movement and pain,and have high safety.
