米氮平和氯米帕明治疗抑郁症的疗效、不良反应及患者依从性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米氮平和氯米帕明治疗抑郁症的疗效、不良反应及患者依从性。方法选取2019年1—12月在该院治疗的80例抑郁症患者作为该次研究对象,所有患者均临床诊断为抑郁症,随机划分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者行氯米帕明药物治疗,观察组患者行米氮平药物治疗。对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果以及患者的精神状态改良情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.00%)优于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05);观察组经治疗后HAMD(5.14±2.16)分和CGI-SI(1.3±0.7)分较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(t=7.134、3.796,P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗依从性95.00%较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.658,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率10.00%优于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.600,P<0.05)。结论通过对抑郁症患者行米氮平治疗,疗效显著且能减少并发症发生率,有效改善患者的治疗依从性,效果优于氯米帕明。Objective To explore the efficacy,adverse reactions and patient compliance of mirtazapine and clomipramine in the treatment of depression.Methods 80 patients with depression treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research object.All patients were clinically diagnosed with depression and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clomipramine,and patients in the observation group were treated with mirtazapine.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients,as well as the improvement of the mental state of the patients,and the incidence of complications were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was(95.00%)better than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05);after treatment,the HAMD(5.14±2.16)points and CGI-SI(1.3±0.7)points of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=7.134,3.796,P<0.05);the clinical treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.658,P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 10.00%better than that of the control group 40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.600,P<0.05).Conclusion Mirtazapine treatment for depression patients has a significant effect and can reduce the incidence of complications,effectively improve the patient's treatment compliance,and the effect is better than clomipramine.
