摘　　要：目前,多肽在药品、化妆品和保健品等领域发挥着不可或缺的作用。多肽在结构功能、分子组装、分子标记以及药物剂型设计等方向的研究逐渐深入,为其在新型医药产品领域的开发奠定了基础。该文以胸腺五肽和脾氨肽为例,对多肽的免疫活性、自组装合成、用作药物载体、长效性等方面进行综述,为更好地设计和改进新型药物活性肽提供参考依据。At present,polypeptides in medicine,cosmetics and health products and other fields.The research of polypeptides in structure and function,molecular assembly,molecular labeling and drug formulation design has been deepened gradually,which has laid a foundation for the development of new pharmaceutical products.Taking thymic pentapeptides and splenic peptides as examples,this paper reviews the immune activity,self-assembly and synthesis of peptides,their use as drug carriers,and their long-term effects,so as to provide references for the better design and improvement of novel drug active peptides.
