摘 要:目的探讨有计划预防性维护对呼吸机可靠性及稳定性的影响。方法通过对西门子Servo-I型呼吸机进行有计划预防性维护,记录并统计2018、2019年医院Servo-I型呼吸机的故障发生情况,分析有计划预防性维护与设备年故障频率之间的关系。结果对呼吸机进行有计划预防性维护后,我院各临床使用科室(手术室除外)中,因日常管理/操作不当引起的呼吸机年故障频率相差较大,其中NICU因日常管理或操作不当引起的年故障频率最高(为PICU的约2.7倍),其后依次为PNICU、综合ICU、SICU、PICU。2008—2014年间启用的呼吸机因使用损耗导致的年故障频率处于较为稳定的水平,并未因使用年限增加而导致设备年故障频率明显升高。结论临床使用科室及设备管理部门共同参与呼吸机的有计划预防性维护,能够显著降低其故障频率,有效保障患者生命安全。Objective The impact of planned preventive maintenance on the reliability and stability of ventilators were explored.Methods The SIEMENS Servo-I ventilators in the hospital were managed by planned preventive maintenance method.Then the failure condition of Servo-I ventilators in 2018 and 2019 was recorded and calculated,and the relationship between planned preventive maintenance and equipment failure rate per year was analyzed based on the statistical results.Results After managed by planned preventive maintenance,the failure rate per year caused by daily management or improper operation differed in the clinical departments.It was highest in the NICU department which was almost 2.7 times as much as the PICU department,followed by PNICU,comprehensive ICU,SICU and PICU departments.The failure rate per year caused by wear and tear was relatively stable for the ventilators put into service from 2008 to 2014.The failure rate per year didn't rise as the service life extended.Conclusion When the clinical department and equipment management department participate in the planned preventive maintenance of ventilators jointly,the failure rate could be reduced significantly and thus the life safety of patients could be ensured.
