摘　　要：静脉配置中心可实现特定环境下对静脉药物的集中配置工作,但是由于医院诊疗人次较多,医师开处药物较多,导致工作人员的工作负荷较大,易出现盘点错误、工作人员受伤、药物资源浪费等问题,影响静脉药物管理工作成效。为提升静脉配置中心静脉药物管理工作成效,可运用药物统排架,实现药物归纳整理,避免出现药物调剂失败、药物资源浪费等情况。鉴于此,该文对药物统排架在静脉配置中心的应用情况进行分析,以期实现药物统排架的推广使用。The Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service can realize the centralized allocation of intravenous drugs in a specific environment.However,due to the large number of people for diagnosis and treatment in the hospital and the large number of drugs prescribed by doctors,the workload of medical staff is heavy,which is prone to inventory errors,staff injuries,waste of drug resources and other problems,thus affecting the effectiveness of intravenous drug management.In order to improve the effectiveness of intravenous drug management in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,the drug racks can be used to realize drug collating and sorting,so as to avoid drug dispensing failure and drug resource waste.In view of this,this paper analyzed the application of drug racks in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,expecting to realize the popularization and application of drug racks.
