摘  要:目的研究KL-M(P)型Nd:YAG皮秒激光治疗机以不同能量密度对紫外线照射引起的色素沉着的治疗改善作用。方法选取12只健康雄性豚鼠分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组4只。脱毛处理后进行紫外诱导色素沉着。用皮秒激光治疗机以532nm波长,不同能量密度治疗豚鼠被处理部位后取皮,色度评价分析治疗效果;HE染色观察激光治疗后皮肤组织病理改变;免疫组织化学染色检测黑素细胞标志物S100a、Melan-A表达;黑色素颗粒特染检测黑色素分布。结果色度评价,HE染色,免疫组织化学染色和黑色素颗粒特染检测结果均显示:随着能量密度增高,色素去除效果也随之增强。结论紫外诱导色素沉着的清除率与能量密度呈正相关。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of KL-M(P)Nd:YAG picosecond laser at different energy densities on pigmented spots induced by ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.Methods 12 healthy male guinea pigs were divided into low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group,4 guinea pigs in each group.UV was used to induce the skin pigmentation in guinea pigs after the hair removal.The skin pigmentation was treated with the picosecond laser treatment machine at 532 nm wavelength with different energy densities.After treatment with laser,the skin was taken and chromaticity analysis was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.HE staining was performed to observe the histological changes of skin.Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of melanocyte marker S100 a and Melan-A.Special staining for melanin was used to detect melanin distribution.Results Chromaticity evaluation,HE staining,immunohistochemical staining and special staining showed that the pigment removal effect was enhanced with the increase of energy density.Conclusion The clearance of UV-induced pigmentation shows a positive correlation with energy density of Nd:YAG picosecond laser in guinea pigs.
