吴趼人《九命奇冤》本事“七尸八命”为冤案考

摘　　要：当下学界大都认为《霭楼逸志》之《云开雪恨》、《警富新书》与《九命奇冤》的本事来自于一件真事:清代广东番禺县梁凌两家原有私仇,凌家买通匪类放火熏死了梁家多人,造成"七尸八命"。但当我们重新审视案件本身并结合新发现的《番禺县续志》中凌殿材为之鸣冤的材料时,就会发现凌家其实是被冤枉的。理清小说背后的本事,将有助于读者对于作品的理解。At present,most scholars believe that the prototypes of Yun Kai Xue Hen in Ai Lou Yi Zhi,Jing Fu Xin Shu and the Nine Lives and a Wronged Case come from a story that really happened:there was a family feud between Mr Liang and Mr Ling in Panyu County of Guangdong Province in the Qing Dynasty,and the Lings bribed bandits to set fire to the Liangs,resulting in the so-called"seven corpses and eight lives". However,when we re-examine the case itself and combine with the newly discovered materials of Continued Records of Panyu County,we will find that the Ling family was wronged. It is helpful for readers to understand the novel by clarifying the prototypes behind it.
