摘  要:受传统“无酸无溃疡”观念的影响,在酸化剂普遍应用于饲料端和养殖端的今天,人们较为关注酸化剂是否影响猪胃的健康、是否促进了胃溃疡的发生。猪胃不同区域的功能存在差异,胃溃疡发生的频率和机理明显不同。从胃黏膜的结构、胃酸、胃蛋白酶和胆汁等方面阐述了猪胃溃疡的发生机制,并对酸化剂是否加剧胃溃疡的发生进行综述,以期为酸化剂的合理应用提供参考。Influenced by the traditional view of′no acids,no ulcers′,scholars have paid increasing attentions to that whether acidifiers affect the health of pig stomach and promote the occurrence of gastric ulcer in nowadays when they have been widely used in feed and rearing ends of pig production.Due to the functional variations in different regions of pig stomach,and the occurrence frequency and mechanism of gastric ulcer are also significantly different.The occurrence mechanism of gastric ulcer in pigs is expounded from the aspects of gastric mucosa structure,gastric acid,pepsin and bile,and whether acidifiers aggravate the occurrence of gastric ulcer is reviewed,in hoping to provide references for the rational use of acidifiers.
