摘 要:推导了迈克尔逊干涉仪补偿板角度改变量与干涉条纹变化的关系式;基于光杠杆法设计了补偿板微小角度改变量测量装置,验证了补偿板角度变化与干涉条纹变化的关系;利用MATLAB软件设计了迈克尔逊干涉仪仿真实验软件。结果表明:补偿板角度改变量和干涉条纹变化关系与理论推导关系式相吻合;补偿板在某个基础角度附近(<5°)旋转时其角度改变量与干涉条纹变化关系近似为线性关系。In the experiment of Michelson interferometer,the relationship between the angle change of compensation plate and the variation of the interference fringe was deduced.Meantime,based on the optical lever method,a measuring device for the small angle change of compensation plate was designed,then the relationship between the angle change of compensation plate and the variation of the interference fringe was verified.Moreover,the simulation experiment software of the Michelson interferometer was designed using MATLAB software.The results showed that the relationship between the angle change of compensation plate and the variation of the interference fringe is consistent with the theoretical equation.The angle change of compensation plate is approximately linear to the variation of interference fringe if compensation plate rotates within a small range(<5°)on the basis of a certain angle.
