摘  要:目前,我国在新工科所涉及的芯片自主研发与制造方面还存在诸多短板。PN结是芯片设计与芯片制造的基本元件。为了促进半导体和芯片类专业技术人才培养,我们设计开发了PN结伏安特性测量实验装置,并用于大学物理实验教学实践。通过该实验装置的学习与应用实践加深了学生对PN结特性的理解,提升了工程素养和实践创新能力。Currently,in terms of the domestical self-innovation among Integrated Circuit(IC),there still exists lots of weakness in the self-motivated Research & Design and devices fabrication.Our country has started up a national guideline for the innovation promotion among the information and manufacturing areas.PN junction is a basic device of the ICs,and the PN junction courses in university provides a fundamental knowledge and skills learning among the undergraduate students.Here,we designed a PN junction Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics measurement system for college physics experiment teaching courses among the freshman,sophomore,junior and senior students,aiming to promote the self-design abilities,innovation abilities and self-motivated learning from the aspect of interdisciplinary.
