逐差法和Origin软件在迈克尔逊干涉仪测激光波长实验数据处理中的应用

摘　　要：用Origin软件对利用迈克尔逊干涉仪测量激光波长实验的数据进行了作图和线性拟合,得到的结果与逐差法处理数据的结果相一致。实验表明Origin软件在物理实验数据处理方面具有直观、快速、准确的优点,值得在物理实验中进行推广应用。The Origin software is applied in the data treating to mapping and linear fitting the physics experiment of measuring laser wavelength by using Michelson interferometer.The experiment result shows an excellent accordance with the results of data treating by the gradual deduction method.Our work reveals that Origin software has the advantages of precise,rapid and concise in physical experiment data processing,which is worth popularizing in physical experiment.
