摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,保护知识产权是保护创新的重要体现。近年来,在侵犯知识产权的案件量增多,侵权的范围扩大、手段不断升级、产业链不断成熟的背景下,作为刑事诉讼中发挥主导作用的检察机关尽管进行了相当程度的努力,但是在专业化程度、沟通协调机制、综合手段的运用等方面还存在明显不足,保护质效亟待提高。新时代的检察机关理应主动作为,在履职中突出重点、精准发力,以求破解新时代的知识产权保护的实践难题。同时应注意强化合作促进知识产权的全链条保护,强化保障,努力在全社会营造知识产权司法保护良好环境,为贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展提供更加有力的法治保障。While innovation is the first driving force that leads the development,the IPR protection is an important embodiment of the innovation protection.In recent years,with the increase in the number of cases of IPR infringement,the expansion of its scope,the continuous upgrading of means and the continuous maturity of the industrial chain,the procuratorial agencies which play a leading role in criminal proceedings,have made considerable efforts.As there are still obvious deficiencies in the degree of specialization,communication and coordination mechanism and the application of comprehensive means,the quality and efficiency of IPR protection need to be improved.In the new era,procuratorial agencies should take the initiative to highlight the key points and make accurate efforts to perform their duties,so as to solve the practical problems of IPR protection.At the same time,we should pay attention to strengthening cooperation,promoting the all-round IPR protection,strengthening guarantee,and strive to create a good environment for judicial IPR protection in the whole society,so as to provide a more powerful legal guarantee for implementing the new development concept,making a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development.
