自拟滋阴清热方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床疗效及对患者T淋巴细胞及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟滋阴清热方对甲状腺功能亢进症患者临床疗效、T淋巴细胞及炎症因子的影响。方法:选择100例从2017年08月~2020年08月于贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的甲亢患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组予常规西药治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予以自拟滋阴清热方口服治疗,连续口服12周。系统观察:临床疗效、T淋巴细胞及炎症因子。结果:①观察组总有效率94%显著高于对照组78%(P<0.05);②观察组甲状腺功能相关指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗后,观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);④治疗后观察组各炎症指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟滋阴清热方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症患者疗效显著,可有效提高患者免疫功能,减轻炎症,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ziyin Qingre Decoction on T-lymphocyte and inflammatory factors for hyperthyroidism patients.Methods:100 patients with hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two cases,a controlled group and an observation group,the controlled group was given conventional western medicine treatment while the observation group were given Self-made Ziyin Qingre Decoction oral treatment on the basis of the controlled group,for 12 consecutive weeks.Systematic observation:clinical efficacy,T-lymphocyte and inflammatory factors.Results:①The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than 78%of the controlled group(P<0.05);②Compared with the controlled group,the improvement of thyroid function in the observation group was substantiallyy better(P<0.05);③Compared with the controlled group,the levels ofCD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were substantially higher after treatment(P<0.05),but instead,the CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group was substantially lower(P<0.05);④Compared with the controlled group,the inflammatory indexes of the observation group such as IL-6,IL-1,TNF-αand TGF-β1 after treatment were substantially lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin Qingre Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,which can effectively improve the immune function of patients and reduce inflammation.
