摘　　要：通过整理有关文献资料加上笔者的理解阐述担截法的含义,分析担截法的理论基础,拓展其理论深度,并在此基础上探讨其临床应用方法。担截法是一种传统针刺方法,以远端取穴为要义,以标本根结和阴阳互求及五行理论为基础,通过沟通全身气血,调整人体阴阳平衡,达到治愈疾病的效果。担截法具有灵活、简便、有效等特点,可在临床推广运用。By sorting out the relevant literature and materials,combined with the author’s understanding,this paper expounds the meaning of the Dan and Jie method,analyzes the theoretical basis of the support method,expands its theoretical depth,and discusses its clinical application on this basis.The Dan and Jie method is a traditional acupuncture method,which is based on the theory of root knot and Yin-Yang interaction of specimens and five element,and adjusts the balance of Yin and Yang of human body by communicating the whole body Qi and blood,so as to achieve the effect of curing the disease by taking the distal acupoints.The support method is flexible,simple and effective,and should be widely used in clinic.
