摘　　要：东北对开蕨(Phyllitis japonica Kom.)是铁角蕨科(Aspleniaceae)对开蕨属(Phyllitis)的多年生草本植物,国家Ⅱ级保护植物。因其叶片美观常绿,具有较高的观赏价值,是盆花和室外绿化的好材料,同时全株可入药,具有药用价值。该研究介绍了东北对开蕨资源分布、解剖学、栽培繁殖及保护等方面的概况,提出了保育策略以及发展方向,为对开蕨属植物的观赏应用及药物开发提供参考依据。Phyllitis japonica Kom.is a perennial herb of Phyllitis of Aspleniaceae and a national protective classⅡplant.It has high ornametal value owing to its aesthetic and evergreen leaves,which is a good material for potted and outdoor greening.At the same time,the whole plant also can be used as medicine and its medicinal value.In this study,the distribution,anatomy,cultivation,propagation and conservation of the Phyllitis japonica Kom.were reviewed,and the conservation strategies and development directions were presented,to provide reference for ornamental application and medicinal development of Phyllitis.
