摘　　要：网络文学在逐年发展,但随着科技的进步和法律滞后性的逐渐体现,传统网络文学版权保护出现了许多问题。区块链技术的应用对于网络文学版权保护来说是柄双刃剑,其一方面能够缓解甚至解决现有的网络文学版权保护中的问题,另一方面又会带来一定的消极影响。尽管如此,仍然应当认识到将区块链运用到网络文学的版权保护中利大于弊。因此在技术层面进行完善的同时,也需要对法律法规进行一定程度的补充和更新以满足区块链应用在网络文学版权保护中的需求。在完善法律的过程中,除了对现有的或未来会有的问题作出具体规定之外,还应注意从法律层面尽量消解因为区块链自身的技术特性所带来的消极影响,同时还应强化公众的版权意识,推动行业的健康发展,以期为区块链网络文学版权保护创造一个更加完善的发展空间。Online literature is developing year by year, but with the progress of science and technology and the gradual manifestation of legal lag, many problems have emerged in the copyright protection of traditional Online literature. The application of blockchain technology is a double-edged sword for the copyright protection of online literature. On one hand, it alleviates or even solves the existing problems in the copyright protection of online literature. On the other hand, it brings certain negative effects. Nevertheless, it should still be recognized that the advantages of applying blockchain to the copyright protection of online literature outweigh the disadvantages. Therefore, while improving the technical level, it is also necessary to supplement and update the laws and regulations to meet the needs of blockchain application in the copyright protection of online literature. In the process of improving the law, in addition to making specific provisions on existing or future problems, attention should also be paid to eliminating the negative impact caused by the technical characteristics of the blockchain from the legal level. At the same time, public’s copyright awareness shall be strengthened and healthy development of the industry should be promoted to create a more broad development space for blockchain online literature copyright protection.
