摘 要:针对国内页岩气、致密油等非常规油气开发提速增效的需求,对原有贯通导线式分簇射孔器进行技术升级,有力支撑水平井的高效压裂改造。从雷管、选发信号电路、机械结构3个方面深入研究,研制出结构紧凑、使用安全、无需导线的触点式分簇射孔器。研制的触点式分簇射孔器在川南页岩气水平井成功应用40口井1900余簇,减少现场装配人员2名、节省装配耗时60%以上、增加一次下井射孔簇数45%以上,完全消除了因为导线连接引起的人为装配错误。触点式分簇射孔器为川南页岩气段内多簇压裂改造及国内非常规油气高效开发提供可靠的技术支撑。Aiming at the demand of increasing speed and increasing efficiency of unconventional oil and gas development such as shale gas and dense oil in China,the original multi-stage perforator with wires has been technically upgraded to strongly support the efficient fracturing of horizontal wells.The contact type multi-stage perforator with compact structure,safe application,and wireless configuration was successfully developed from three aspects:detonator,selective signal circuit,and mechanical structure.More than 1900 perforators have been successfully used in 40 shale gas horizontal wells in southern Sichuan,which saved 2 assemblers and more than 60%of the assembly time in the field,and increased the number of perforators in one down well by more than 45%,and eliminated the artificial assembly errors caused by connecting the wire.It provides reliable technical support for multi-stage fracturing in southern Sichuan shale gas wells and efficient development of unconventional oil and gas in China.
