摘 要:基于白象山铁矿-470m中段巷道的工程地质条件,综合采用矿井震波超前探测、瞬变电磁法和超前钻探等方法对F_(6)断层进行了超前探测,在此基础上针对性地提出了由调整巷道方位角、超前注浆、控制爆破、超前预加固与初次支护、二次支护与防渗加固组成的富水断层破碎带巷道合理掘进与支护技术.工程实践表明:所提出的掘进与支护技术保证了-470m中段巷道通过F6断层过程中的施工安全及围岩与支护结构的长期稳定,较好地解决了富水断层破碎带巷道的掘进与支护难题.According to the engineering geological conditions of-470 m middle lateral roadway in Baixiangshan iron mine,the advanced detection of F_(6) fault was carried out by the methods of mine seismic prediction,transient electromagnetic methods and advanced drilling.On this basis,the reasonable excavation and support schemes of roadway in water-rich fractured fault were put forward,which were composed of adjusting the azimuth angle of roadway,advanced grouting,controlled explosion,pre-reinforcement,primary support,secondary support and anti-seepage reinforcement.The engineering practice shows that the proposed excavation and support schemes ensured the construction safety of roadway through F6 fault and long-term stability of surrounding rock and support structure,and solved the excavation and support problems of roadway in water-rich fractured fault.
