摘  要:为了优化混凝工艺对返排阶段煤层气田产出水中悬浮物及胶体物质的去除效果,采用均匀设计-响应曲面法进行了实验设计.实验以混凝剂投加量、助凝剂投加量、pH三个因素为影响因素,CODCr、浊度去除效果和污泥产生量为响应值.利用DPS数据处理系统对实验数据进行优化.结果表明:混凝工艺处理压裂返排液的最优工艺条件为pH值为6.1,混凝剂投加量为1.69 g/L,助凝剂投加量为33.27 mg/L,此时,CODCr去除率、浊度去除率和污泥产率分别为72.5%,93.3%,37.5%.通过模型验证,证实了均匀设计-响应曲面法用于优化混凝工艺处理返排阶段煤层气田产出水的可行性和有效性.Uniform design&response surface methodology was used to optimize the treatment effect of coagulation process on fracturing fluid recovery from CBM filed.The coagulant dosage,coagulant aid dosage and pH were taken as the influencing factors,and CODCr,turbidity removal effect and sludge yield were taken as the response values.DPS data processing system is used to optimize the experimental data.The results show that the optimal process conditions for the treatment are pH 6.1,coagulant dosage 1.69 g·L-1 and coagulant aid dosage 33.27 mg·L-1.At this time,the CODCr removal rate,turbidity removal rate and sludge yield were 72.5%,93.3%and 37.5%respectively.Through model verification,it is confirmed that the uniform design&response surface methodology is feasible and effective to optimize the coagulation process for the fracturing fluid recovery from CBM Filed treatment.
