摘  要:NGF蛋白的氨基酸序列从Uniprot网站获取,应用生物信息学在线分析软件对β-NGF进行预测分析,分析该蛋白的理化性质、亲疏水性、跨膜结构和信号肽可能出现的位置。结果显示:β-NGF为亲水蛋白,分子中不存在跨膜结构域,大概率有信号肽说明β-NGF属于分泌蛋白。蛋白质二级结构预测分析,无规则卷曲占57.68%,α螺旋占21.99%,延伸链占16.60%,β转角占3.73%。通过对β-NGF进行多方面分析,旨在为研究β-NGF在兔的神经系统和非神经系统上的作用及疾病治疗方面的效果提供理论基础,可以对β-NGF关于兔皮毛损伤修复方面开展进一步研究,侧重关注β-NGF使破损皮毛的愈合情况以及多少含量的β-NGF可达到最大修复程度。Nerve growth factor is a type of neurotrophic factor that promotes the growth,development,differentiation and maturation of central neurons and peripheral neurons.Beta-nerve growth factor is a target-derived protein necessary for survival and development of sympathetic and sensory neurons.The amino acid sequence ofβ-nerve growth factor protein was obtained from the Uniprot website,predicted and analyzed the physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity,transmembrane structure and possible positions of signal peptides forβ-nerve growth factor by using bioinformatics online analysis software.The results showed thatβ-nerve growth factor is a hydrophilic protein.There is no transmembrane domain in the molecule.It shows thatβ-nerve growth factor is a secreted protein because there is a high probability of signal peptide.The results of protein secondary structure prediction showed that irregular coil accounted for 57.68%,αhelix accounted for 21.99%,extended chain accounted for16.60%andβturn accounted for 3.73%.This study can analyzeβ-nerve growth factor in many aspects,and aims to provide a theoretical basis for studying the effects ofβ-nerve growth factor on the nervous system and non-nervous system of rabbits and the effect of disease treatment.Further research can be carried out onβ-NGF on the repair of rabbit fur,focusing on the healing of damaged fur and how muchβ-NGF can achieve the maximum degree of repair.
